A service to help you ensure that the Working Document being used at Tribunal includes all needs and provision.
When you have registered an appeal with the First-tier Tribunal (Special Education Needs and Disability) you will require a working document. This is a legal document and there are set rules for those who work on them.
I will ensure your child/young person's special educational needs are listed in Section B (needs) and that their special educational provisions are only listed in Section F (provisions).
I will check for woolly words and phrases and, where possible, change them to ensure that they do not weaken the provisions from professional reports.
The fee for reports included in this working document service is more than the EHCP Check; this is due to having to reference where every addition to the working document is quoted from in a legal format.
