Deborah is such a knowledgeable and passionate advocate for SEN parents and our children. I’m delighted she’s decided to make it her next career move, formalising her incredible experience. As a SEN parent who has navigated the complexity of the ‘system’ herself, Deborah has guided me through many difficult conversations and meetings, dispensing advice with sensitivity and compassion whilst at the same time calling out any transgressions on the part of the LA/school. She seems to be able to accurately predict the next move of the LA/school with incredible skill thanks to her wealth experience in this field. Our local LAs have a formidable adversary who will fight every step of the way for our children.

Words can't describe how amazing Deb is. She has supported us every step of the way during our fight to secure an EHCP for our daughter. In fact, without her, we would not have won our fight, and our daughter would still be the unhappy, anxious, 'overlooked by education' girl that she was a year ago. Deb's knowledge of SEND law, passion, determination, and kind heart makes her the perfect advocate for any parent or carer who is battling for the appropriate support or educational setting for their young person. I would recommend Deb one hundred times over.

Deb has supported me through the arduous and emotionally draining EHCP process for both my children. From initial request for needs assessment, mediation, tribunal, checking of drafts and naming specialist school.

She has a wonderful compassionate, non judgmental and and playful manner which make working with her a joy. Her knowledge of all things SEN including the education system and the law is phenomenal. Her attention to detail and tenacity mean that she is always who I would want at my side as an advocate.

When things are difficult a chat with Deb always makes me feel better and gives me the boost to carry on. I am so pleased she will be able to give other families the support she has given to us.
